Retail & Services
We offer a tremendous variety of products in our retail area. Stop in when you are in the area! We offer a full line of fresh and smoked beef and pork products, chicken, fish, homemade sausages, snack stix & jerkies, and a huge deli case offering 24 varieties of cheese and 22 varieties of luncheon meats. We have many unique products you won’t find in grocery stores and supermarkets! Try our famous marinated chicken breasts and chops at your next cookout!
We are open 8-12 & 1-5:30 Mon-Fri, and 8-12 on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays. We offer extended hours during deer season.
Deli Trays
We offer small and large deli trays to meet your party and holiday needs. Choose the meats and cheeses yourself, or let us choose a nice variety for you. Please allow 24 hours notice prior to pickup of your tray. For customers who live far away but would like to try some of our unique products, we offer a “Party Tray Kit”. We will choose 2# of sausages and 2# of cheese (at least 4 varieties of each will be sent), and this will be sealed and sent to you to arrange on your own tray.
Party Beef and Party Pork
Perfect for a wedding, graduation, or other special event! We season boneless roasts, smoke them to perfection and even slice and place them into your slow cooker! You can add BBQ sauce if you like, but they are mouthwatering and juicy even without it. These can be used for sandwiches or as a main dish. Please allow us 2 weeks advance notice to prepare your order. We can also prepare hams or smoked prime rib in the same way.

Wholesale Opportunities
We welcome wholesale accounts! We offer discounts for large volume orders. Please contact us for more details! Delivery is available in a limited area.
We serve several area bars, convenience stores, and restaurants. We can ship nationwide!
Fundraising
We work with several area groups who sell our products as a fundraiser. This has been a great success! We offer a brochure and order form, the group takes orders and collects money, the order is called in to us, the order is filled, and the products are delivered to the buyers. This is a great moneymaking opportunity, as these are items everyone can use, and make good gifts. There is NO up front cost for your group. Please contact us for more details. We have added an FFA group a year for the past three years, and this has been a win-win situation for everyone!
Private Labeling
Occasionally, a meat producer or a non-USDA inspected plant might wish to sell products made by us, but use their name on them. We would be glad to talk to you about this! You simply provide us with USDA inspected meat or animals, your recipe (kept in strict confidence….or, you may choose to have us use our recipes), and we’ll help you with label design and getting your labels approved by the USDA. Then you are free to market your products anywhere in the USA!!
